職責: 負責辦公室日常電腦技術支援, 協助解決Windows系統/電郵及網絡相關問題, 進行定期檢查/遠端檢查及提供用戶技術支援
資歷: 專上教育; 1年經驗或以上; 良好粵語;良好英語; 一般普通話
待遇: 每月$15,000 - $19,000(視乎經驗而定), 有銀行假期, 醫療福利, 年假12天, 星期一至五:每週工作5天
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support & configuration of software & hardware equipments (desktop, laptop, printer, mobile devices, etc.)
- Provide helpdesk support to in house users
- Keep track the case status and make escalation to vendor/related parties whenever applicable
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support the office operation when necessary
- Assist supervisor/manager for project management
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher Diploma in Computer Science or above
- At least 1 years' of experience in a technical support role (Fresh graduates will be considered)
- Experience in service technical support and trouble shooting will be advantage
- Ability to work independently
