Responsibilities

  1. Network, database and virtualization server farm design and administration to Sub-System of CSIM (Common System Infrastructure & Management System) and FIMS (Fault Indication Management System)
  2.  Application development and software engineering for mission critical systems -  Information Management System (IMS)
  3. System design and engineering for telecommunication systems of Telephone system (TS) and computerized fire alarm transmission system (CFATSIS) and caller location identification system (CLIS)

Requirements

  • Each of the Systems Specialists shall possess a degree or above relevant to the assigned subsystems in computer science or electrical or electronic or telecommunications engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 6 years of post-qualification IT experience
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks concurrently to meet schedules
  • Strong analytical, organizational abilities and detail-oriented attitude
  • Good communication skills through writing or modeling (diagrams, flowcharts etc.)
  • Able to present thoughts clearly in written and spoken English and Chinese
