Responsibility:

Ÿ Support Manager to execute projects and call center workflow system

Ÿ Assist in documentation of business requirements and system workflow

Ÿ Assist in UAT test cases, testing different scenarios on chatbot

Ÿ Perform general administrative duties including reports preparation and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Ÿ Assist in projects related to contact centre operating model

Requirements

Requirements:

Ÿ Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Business or related discipline

Ÿ 2 Years working experience in client service industry (e.g. financial services or insurance)

Ÿ Sound Knowledge in operating model in a contact centre

Ÿ Familiar with processes are required within a contact centre

Ÿ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Ÿ Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
