Company Description

FundingReach Group is a FinTech company focused on credit and compliance technologies in Hong Kong. We leverage on big data and machine learning to enhance and assist the credit assessment, credit monitoring and compliance process. Our team is led by banking and technology experts, and we invest in technology to provide better client service and improve operation efficiencies. Candidates may be deployed to different core subsidiaries of FundingReach Group (i.e. iFinPulse Ltd, iFinHealth Ltd or iFinGate Ltd), depending on our business development plans.

Job Descriptions:

1) Plan and implement the strategic business expansion plans for a B-2-B business model; 

2) Explore and develop new business opportunities;

3) Manage and deepen business relationship with existing clients;

4) Innovate new marketing initiatives with an ultimate goal of new business development and acquiring new customers which would in turn drive business growth  

5) Liaison with varies business associations and government bodies. 

6) Initiate and manage sales, marketing and promotional activities, such as exhibitions, partner programs, and other marketing campaigns, etc.  

7) Strong candidates would have opportunity to oversee a sales team.

8) Closely work with experienced leaders and/or management team in the company for driving the business initiatives. 

9) Exposure on FinTech R&D development area whilst closely work with the technology leaders. 

Required Qualification & Skills

1) Degree holders in business stream is preferable;

2) Candidates with 2-3 years sales experiences would be preferable;

3) Candidates should have strong communication skills and organisational skills;

4) Candidates who are creative, energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to undertake challenging projects would be desirable; 

5) Ability to work well in a team environment, while making individual contributions to challenging projects/sales targets;

6) Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin); and

7) Strong sales track record in FinTech, RegTech, data vendor and technically savvy will be an advantage

8) Experience on driving business growth in business-to-business sector would be a plus.

Level of Qualification

Bachelor degree holder from business stream is preferable.
