Accounting Officer/Assistant (會計主任/助理)

Responsibilities: 

1. Perform full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable,Accounts Receivable and cash flow  

2. Prepare month / year-end closing and yearly auditing 

3. Handle general accounting work, such as bankreconciliation, daily accounting transactions, issuances of invoice, statementsand settle payments 

4. Perform ad-hoc assignments as required 

Requirements: 

1. LCCI level II accounting certificate / Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines 

2. 2-3 years working experience in accounting 

3. Familiar with Excel and proficient in using Peachtree System

 4. Attentive to accuracy and details and capable of handling full set of accounts independently

 5. Handle confidential information in a professional manner

 6. Hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, organized and effective time management skills

 7. Proficient in MS Office applications andChinese word processing

 8. Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin

9. Immediately available is preferred 

Remarks: 

1. 5 days per week

 2. Working Time: Mon – Fri 9:30am – 6:00pm

 3. Bank holiday 

工作職責: 

1. 負責處理全盤會計帳目, 包括應付帳款, 應收帳款及現金流量

 2. 處理月結, 年結帳目及協助年度審計

 3. 處理一般會計工作, 例如核對銀行往來帳目, 每日交易結算, 開發票及繳付帳單等

 4. 有需要時處理特別項目 

工作資歷:

1. 擁有LCCI 中級程度証書 / 會計文憑或以上學歷

 2. 2-3年會計相關工作經驗

 3. 熟悉Excel及精通Peachtree會計軟件

 4. 注重資料及數據準確性及能獨立處理全盤帳目

 5. 能專業地處理各類機密資料及數據

 6. 勤奮, 負責, 有良好的組織及時間管理技能

 7. 精通MS office並懂中文輸入法

 8. 良好粵語, 普通話

9. 可即時上班優先
