HR Manager / HR Assistant

Job Responsibilities:--Provide support and advise to departments to understand their hiring needs from the business and handling the end to end recruit process to hire suitable candidates--Collate the monthly and ad-hoc HR reports such as headcount, hiring reports and the monthly HR summary reports.--Engage the new hire through the new hire onboarding process to ensure that new hires get well acquainted in the Company and their departmentJob Requirements:--F.7 or above. Degree holder will be at an advantage (final year students are also welcome to apply)；--Strong ability in organization and coordination; can interact with different parties；--Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable and able to work independently；--Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint；

Working hours: 09:00-18:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
