工作職責:執行客戶回訪工作,記錄客戶提出的問題與建議;協助客戶對公司產品的熟悉;受理客戶投訴,反饋客戶訴求,提高客戶滿意度;

入職要求:有相關工作經驗者優先;溝通能力良好,邏輯思維能力清晰,良好的親和力;具備優秀的客戶服務能力,有良好的客戶服務意識和口頭表達能力。 

工作地點:中環

工作時間:9AM-6PM,週一,週二,週三,週四,週五
