Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle full set of accounts  

2. Responsible for daily accounting operations, including data entry, billing and filing 

3. Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records 

4. Reconcile accounts in a timely manner 

5. Assist in regular month-end closing activities 

6. Ensure adherence to relevant company policies and procedures 

7. Other ad hoc duties as assigned  

Requirements:

1. Degree or Diploma in accounting with LCCI level 2 or above 

2. 3 years accounting experience. Hotel experience is preferred. 

3. Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin 

4. Proficient in PC skill including Excel and Word 

5. Competency in database and accounting software (DaEasy) 

6. Strong in numerical sense, self-motivated, responsible and reliable 

7. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 

8. Immediately available is highly preferable
