  • 處理客戶的來電咨詢,盡力解答客戶查詢
  • 聆聽並理解客戶需要,以提供服務和解決問題的方案

職位要求

  • 香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試考獲五科合格,或具備更高學歷
  • 1-2年銀行或保險電話客戶服務經驗為佳
  • 持有保險牌照 IIQE1,3 為佳 
  • 具備優良服務態度、溝通及解決問題的技巧
  • 能操流利廣東話,英文及普通話  
  • 有更多經驗者會視為高級
