Customer Centre Representative 

  

Working Location:

Admiralty, Central, Hunghom, Kwun Tong, Tsing Yi, Lai Chi Kok, Mongkok, Quarry Bay, Sheung Wan, Tai Wai, Tsim Sha Tsui, Wan Chai

    

Working time: (40 working hours / week) (on monthly roster) (may have 1-2 days off per week) 

Mon-Fri: 10am to 7:30pm;  

Sat: 10am to 4pm  

Off on Sundays and Public Holiday 

  

     

Responsibilities:  

• Deliver quality customer service to our walk-in customers in service counter. 
• Maintain the daily operation of service counter  
• Handle walk-in customers' enquiries, shipment drop-off and collection  
• Promote value added services and sales promotional programs to customers 

  

Requirements:

• HKALE / HKDSE or equivalent with full certificate   
• Minimum 2 years working experience, experience in customer service / retail field is an advantage  
• Willing to perform shift duty.
• Effective communication and problem solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Familiar with PC skills and Chinese word processing.
