- Responsible for developing and expanding new markets & customersbase.
- Responsible for meeting Company Sales &Profit Targets by implementing required Policies & Strategies.
- Carry on the Company sales target and leading atele sales team to maximal results
- Manage salesstaff so to meet individual Monthly Sales Target
- Responsiblefor forming the training to the sales team
- Ensure thatthe application process is handled smoothly and professionally
- ExecuteImmigration Promotion Plan
- Proven track record in achieving challenging sales target.
- Prepare the sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years experience in B2C sales role,3 years+ exp. on Real Estate Industry or Immigration Industry is highly preferable
- Well exp. on coaching and team building
- Aggressive, initiative, energetic and result-orientated.
- Highlymotivated and outgoing with presentation skills in English and Chinese
- Proficient in Excel, CRMs, Google & Microsoft suite
