Our clients are now looking for high calibre candidates to fill the following positions:
- 1 year or above experience in IT support;
- Provide daily technical support to internal end users on networking, laptops, server and router problems;
- Perform PC software and hardware installation, setup, backup, configuration, technical support, trouble-shooting and administration;
- Coordinate with vendors for acquiring new IT services, and support on existing products;
- Knowledge in device encryption, VPN, and other system related software.
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: Up to HK$25K + Discretionary bonus (depends on candidate’s experience/skill);
- 5-day work;
- Working time: 2 shift (9 am- 6 pm / 2 pm-11 pm);
- Working location: Central;
