Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the software deployment, hardware installation and, maintenance, testing, and monitoring on crypto kiosk.
- Troubleshoot application software, system software, hardware, and network problems.
- Provide technical support for IT projects and purchases
- Update and maintain inventory records of computer hardware/network & software licenses
- Assist of office administrative services
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
- On-site client support or travel may be required
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline. Form 5 graduates with IT knowledge will be considered as Junior Blockchain Support Engineer.
- Good IT knowledge
- Knowledge of networking is preferable
- Responsible, pro-active, and attention to details
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English (Preferred), and Mandarin (Preferred).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors
