What effort do you need to make?
- Responsible for answering customers’ inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Troubleshoot for fault case and provide technical support to customer
- Data entry and updates for service registration
- Prepare reports for management’s review
Let’s check if you are…
- Form 5 or above
- 1 year or above customer services experience, preferably in Telecom industry
- Basic knowledge on computer system and internet service is a big advantage
- Pleasant with good telephone manner, mature and independent
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
