A leading professional hearing centre in TST is seeking an applicant for the post of :

 

Customer Services Co-ordinator

 

Responsibilities:

  • 櫃枱接待,收銀員工作;
  • 處理電話預約和電子郵件查詢,
  • 檔案存入,數據輸入和文書工作;
  • 銷售公司產品;
  • 為中心的日常運作提供支持

Job Requirements:

  • 一年相關工作經驗
  • 外向,禮貌和勤奮
  • 良好的溝通和客戶服務技能
  • 良好的中英文口語
  • 懂電腦文書 例如 Microsoft Word、Excel
