Assistant Digital Marketing / Digital Marketing Executive

Requirements

 

Familiar with existing popular social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

 

Plan & execute online advertising and retargeting channels

 

Implement the digital marketing strategy for Hong Kong including determine product positioning, selling points, value propositions and key messages, formulate marketing & promotion programs to reach the right segments.

 

Creation and editorial work of contents (by bilingual if needed) for company’s main website and social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

 

Perform SEO tasks including executing, optimizing, and managing, and track SEM campaigns by setting relevant keywords and optimizing ads regularly to improve CTR and conversion rate.

Control and monitor closely marketing budgets to achieve optimal results

Seeking KOL, Artist for post social media

Prepare shooting for social media post

Seeking joint Promotion, support front line marketing materials (poster, pop)

Follow Exhibition and Expo

Marketing research

Perform other ad-hoc marketing projects as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

 

 

 

Related experience in digital marketing Preferably in beauty products

 

Good communication with designer

 

Candidate with more experience may be considered marketing executive

 

University degree in digital Marketing, Communications, Business or other related discipline

 

Experience in digital marketing, SEM/SEO, and social media marketing / Fresh Graduates are also welcomed

 

Good knowledge and experience with digital marketing tools and best practices such as Facebook Ad Manager, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, CRM, etc.

 

Ability to use data to present proposals and make decisions

 

Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus
