 Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee daily mini storage operations  
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner 
  • Provide quality services and support to customers 
  • Perform receptionist duties and provide clerical and administrative support 
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned  

  

Requirements:  

  • Diploma holder or above education 
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Services/ Sales gained in retail or hospitality industry 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasking, well organized and customer-oriented 
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, Putonghua is preferred  
  • Proficiency in MS Office  

 職責: 

· 負責迷你倉產品銷售及分店日常運作 

· 以專業態度處理有關客人查詢及投訴 

· 接待客戶,向客戶提供優質服務及跟進安排 

· 一般文書處理 

  

要求: 

· 文憑或以上學歷 

· 有一至兩年零售 / 款待 / 客戶銷售服務經驗 

· 外向、積極主動、有責任心及團隊精神,良好溝通技巧 

· 良好粵語,懂讀寫中文、基本英文及普通話 

· 懂基本電腦操作
