Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-stop human resources services to the front-line departments
  • Assist in preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisement, interview arrangements, preparing employment contract etc
  • Assist in various human resources initiatives in relation to recruitment activities, employee relations and internal communications etc
  • Provide HR administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder in HRM or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in HR with experience in recruitment
  • Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel and Chinese Word processing
  • Mature, attentive to details, organized and independent
  • Less experience will be consider as Assistant Human Resources Officer
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
