Job Info
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide one-stop human resources services to the front-line departments
- Assist in preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisement, interview arrangements, preparing employment contract etc
- Assist in various human resources initiatives in relation to recruitment activities, employee relations and internal communications etc
- Provide HR administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in HRM or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in HR with experience in recruitment
- Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel and Chinese Word processing
- Mature, attentive to details, organized and independent
- Less experience will be consider as Assistant Human Resources Officer
- Immediate available is highly preferred
