Our client is now looking for a high calibre candidate to fill the following position:
- 8 years or above working experience in accessories, including gadget
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals and objectives, and stay informed about market trends and consumer preferences
- Manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating pricing and terms to ensure profitability and timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and marketing, to ensure product offerings align with company brand and messaging
- Monitor sales performance and inventory levels, adjusting product mix and merchandising strategies as needed to optimize revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in all aspects of sourcing and production, including labor practices, environmental impact, and product safety and quality, while managing budgets for product development, sourcing, and production
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: HK$32.5K - 40K with double pay (Depends on skills and experience)
- Working location: Tsim Sha Tsui
- 5-day work
