- 透過來電處理酒店預約及會員查詢
- 回覆會員需要及處理投訴
- 與會員維持良好關係
- 無須cold calls / warm calls
人才加入
- 中五或以上學歷
- 歡迎應屆畢業生申請
- 具一年或以上酒店、旅遊業或call center經驗優先考慮
- 流利粵語, 良好英語及普通話
Your role
- Handle the day-to-day operations of Hotel Reservations and Membership Enquiries via incoming calls
- Responds to members needs and handle complaints
- Maintain good relationship among members
- NO cold calls / warm calls are needed
To succeed in this role
- Form 5 Graduate or above
- Fresh Graduate Welcome, Candidates with 1-year or above work experience in Hotel, Tourism, Airline or Call Centre Industry would be highly preferred
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
