工作內容

  • 透過來電處理酒店預約及會員查詢
  • 回覆會員需要及處理投訴
  • 與會員維持良好關係
  • 無須cold calls / warm calls

人才加入

  • 中五或以上學歷
  • 歡迎應屆畢業生申請
  • 具一年或以上酒店、旅遊業或call center經驗優先考慮
  • 流利粵語, 良好英語及普通話

Your role

  • Handle the day-to-day operations of Hotel Reservations and Membership Enquiries via incoming calls
  • Responds to members needs and handle complaints
  • Maintain good relationship among members
  • NO cold calls / warm calls are needed

To succeed in this role

  • Form 5 Graduate or above
  • Fresh Graduate Welcome, Candidates with 1-year or above work experience in Hotel, Tourism, Airline or Call Centre Industry would be highly preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
