工作職責:
-依照製作表,份量和質量烹調食品
-負責跟進及管理食物儲備
-與上級交流有關客人或內部客戶的意見以及其它相關信息
-負責協助食品的品質和外觀,保持廚房設施和設備清潔
-負責跟進食品之質素,安全衛生和準確度
-執行被分派之相關任務和特殊項目
-工作時間:上午5時至下午3時/ 上午7時至下午5時(每更10小時，5天工作、輪班輪休)
工作要求:
-具五年或以上糕餅製作 / 酒店餅房工作經驗可作優先考慮
- 持有相關糕餅文憑課程證書可作優先考慮
-具有講，讀和寫簡單中、英文能力
