Education Consultant Manager
Job Duties:
-- Provide professional counseling and planning services to parents;
-- Proactively manage and maintain a good relationship with important clients;
-- Participate in the formulation of the company's strategic planning and promote various interview training course activities;
-- Timely grasp the admission standards and interview forms of each famous kindergarten;
-- Manage in the training, assessment, appointment and dismissal of staff in the department;
-- Improve the workflow, construct and optimize the system of the department.
Requirements:
-- Bachelor's degree or above;
-- Outgoing, proactive, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
-- Passionate in the education field;
-- At least three years of relevant experience in the education field.
