 Job Responsibilities: 

· To supervise a team of customer service staff and provide on-the-job
training & coaching to them 

· To handle enquiries and complaints from shoppers / tourists in a
professional manner 

· To plan and administer daily manpower arrangement 

· To perform other administrative duties as assigned 

· Shift duty will be required 

Requirements: 

· Passionate in retail and hospitality work 

· Customer-oriented, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated,
responsible and positive 

· F. 5 / DSE / Diploma or above preferably in Hospitality / Travel /
Business-related disciplines 

· Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or hospitality of
which at least 2 years in supervisory role 

· Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
