Propagate Intellectual Property Limited (PIP) is a rapidly growing firm with a diverse client base including both domestic and foreign clients. Due to a marked increase in business, we are looking for a full-time, Trade Mark Administrator, who will be involved in all aspects of Trade Mark administration, formalities and response on Office Actions, to join the Trade Marks team based at our Tsuen Wan office.
Responsibilities:
l Preparing documentation for submission to the HKIPD, China and overseas associates
l Dealing with incoming post, instructions from clients/associates and actioning accordingly
l Accurately entering and monitoring deadlines on our in-house records system
l Liaising with our consultants to answering incoming calls and queries via email or meetings, giving basic Trade Mark advice and guidance to clients.
l Any ad hoc office duties as required.
Skills and Attributes:
l University Degree
l Ability to use initiative, to be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
l Has a keen and inquisitive interest in brand matters
l Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
l Keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask
l Strong verbal and written communication skills
l Ability to work under pressure and deal with ever-changing priorities.
l This is primarily an office-based role, with some flexibility for occasional remote working.
