工作及業務範圍:
● 提供秘書和行政支援,如文書處理、部門溝通
● 一般文書處理、報表與文件檔案資料統整與管理
● 協助跟進客戶業務後勤工作,維持辦公室及團隊日常運作

入職要求︰
● 良好英語;良好粵語; 一般普通話;懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 良好電話技巧
● 熟悉文書處理 Ms Office (Word, Execl, PowerPoint),Google Sheet
● 謹慎細心、做事踏實、誠實有禮、善於溝通
● 有較強的責任心
● 負責日常秘書、行政工作
● 具電腦操作知識
● 具備秘書及行政工作經驗優先
