營運主任 (行政) Operations Officer (Admin)

How You Will Do It: 

-Provide administrative and logistics support including preparing business analysis
report, sales report and management report  

-Assist with business promotion and communication material 

-Provide administrative support to retail team 

-Collaborate with other parties to support retail operations 

-Perform supports on any special or ad hoc projects 

 

What we look for:

-Holder Diploma or above in Business Administration, Services Operations or related disciplines  

-At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably with prior experience in retail administrative support

-Detail oriented, self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility

-Able to multi-tasking and meet deadlines as assigned

-Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

-Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing

-Frequently store visit is required

-Immediate available is highly preferred
