Job Info

 To support our business growth, we are looking for an energetic and self-motivated candidate to join our Hong Kong team.

Key Areas of Responsibilities: 

· Handling incoming enquiries and complaints from customers 

· Perform order processing and other administrative support 

· Coordinate with different internal parties for smooth delivery operation arrangement 

· Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned 

Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics
Required: 

· Diploma or above 

· 2+ year customer service experience, preferably in MNC  

· Proficient at using MS Office (Excel and Word) and knowledge in SAP is highly preferably 

· Positive Attitude, well organized and independent to work 

· Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 

· Immediate available is preferrable
