Responsibilities

Talent sourcing through different channels  

Develop and maintain a network in your specialized sector and grow your managing headcount 

Manage end to end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding. 

  

The Person:

Tertiary or university level education, preferably in finance, business or a related field 

Experience in Recruitment/Insurance is an advantage 

Enjoy connecting with people and building relationships 

Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills 

Insurance licenses preferable 

Experienced candidate will be offered as Talent Acquisition Manager; while candidates with less experience will be considered as Talent Acquisition Ambassador
