Draftsman

Responsibilities:

• Handling AutoCAD and SketchUp drawings;
• Measurements and draft work design;
• Coordinating design projects with clients and suppliers on-site;
• Preparing documents and following up on projects;
• Other ad hoc project duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate holder in interior design;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing and operation;
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in preparation of design & drafting;
• Proficiency in Cantonese, basic Mandarin and English;
• Ability to read and write in Chinese and basic knowledge of reading and writing in English;
• Chinese and English typing;
• Basic computer operation knowledge;
• Experience in renovation projects (residential, office, F&B, retail projects, etc.) will be an advantage.
