Sales and Operation Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Approach and promote class plans/ special offers to the customers;
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers;
• Engage different customers in the gym;
• Ensure student records are accurately reflected in the system;
• Manage the daily affairs of the store to ensure smooth operation;
• Report to manager in daily operations;
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Talent Requirements:

• Minimum Pass the HKCEE/HKDSE with Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects; or Grade E or above in five subjects in HKCEE; or equivalent
• Candidates with associate degrees or bachelor’s degrees in all disciplines would definitely be a plus;
• Any working experience in a sales-related position would be an advantage, preferably in educational or retail industries;
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and Google suite is a must;
• Proactive attitude with mature interpersonal skills, willing to communicate with other colleagues and customers;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
• Immediately available would definitely be an advantage;
• Require taking shifts and working in the evenings or weekends;
