Job Duties 職責:

  •       Responsible for all production functions and processes for Western cuisine
  •       Maintain high standards day-to-day operations in the Airport Lounge and food presentation
  •       Formulate menus in line with customer expectations
  •       Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces
  •       預備及烹煮西菜菜式
  •       維持日常機場貴賓室廚房營運順暢及食物擺設完好
  •       根據客戶期望設計並更新菜單
  •       保持廚房整潔,確保運作順暢及有效率

Job Requirements 任職要求:

  •        0.5 to 10 years’ relevant experience in which exposure in Hotels / restaurants is preferable
  •        Good knowledge of Western cuisine
  •        Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
  •        Good communication skills in Cantonese and fair English are preferred
  •        Immediate availability is preferred
  •        0.5至10年西餐烹飪經驗,曾任職酒店或高級餐廳優先
  •        熟悉西式烹飪
  •        勤奮,守時,有禮及有責任感,有良好溝通技巧及人際關係
  •        良好粵語及一般英語
  •        可即時上班優先
