Job Description
- Assist Assistant Reservations Manager in supervising the Reservations Agents to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate
for the purpose of maximizing revenue. - Upsell rooms, transportation services and other facilities wheneveropportunities arise by giving clear guidance to Reservations Agents on
upselling on daily basis - Study and reply all incoming correspondence concerning reservation
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years related experience in similar role
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Detailed-oriented and customer-focused with strong organizational and supervisory skills
