Job Info

Responsibilities:

  • To update reservations records and compile statistics report
  • To ensure the accuracy of the data and monitor the database of Opera system
  • To co-ordinate with different internal and external parties for the incoming and outing reservations records

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or equivalent
  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in hotel reservations 
  • Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Immediate available is preferable
