System Assistant Manager / System Manager

 Responsibilities: 

• Manage, monitor day-to day operations of Support Team 
• Manage in house system development & maintenance 
• Manage the configuration and supporting for Microsoft 365 environments 
• Manage I.T. inventory and procurement 
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for the solution planning, service delivery and technical support activities (including internal loan system, mobile apps, website and other IT solution projects) 
• Supervise and provide training to I.T. team and internal stakeholders 
• Creating system documentation, such as project management plans, costing analyses, design specifications, and test plans. 
• Other ad hoc projects or duties 

Requirement: 

• Tertiary-educated or above 
• 2 years+ relevant experience in a similar position 
• Microsoft 365 administration and management 
• Experience in AWS administration and management 
• Experience in Azure administration and management 
• Familiar with MS SQL Server, proficiency in SQL scripting and SQL script optimization 
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously 
• Knowledge in loan system development is preferable but no essential 
• Knowledge in wide range of computer software, hardware and mobile devices 
• Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal and task
  management skills
