Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users
- Liaise with users to provide customer services
- Handle the system administration of the Windows and Server maintenance
- Responsible for hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Manage IT asset inventory and software licensing compliance accurately
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Higher diploma holder or above in Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Power Platform is preferred
- Good Command of spoken and written Chinese and Mandarin
- Willing to learn, responsible, independent and detail oriented
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Working Location: Tuen Mun / Tsuen Wan
