Key Responsibilities
- Perform system and technical support to PC users
- Perform hardware, software & network installation,
maintenance and troubleshooting - Perform computer asset management
- Monitor the IT system and network health status
- Assist in testing of in house system development
- Assist to handle any ad-hoc projects upon request by
supervisor
Requirement
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines
- Fresh graduate is welcomed, solid experience is an advantage
- Hand on support and implementation experience in MS Windows, WAN, LAN, MS Office
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server would be an asset
- Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal and task management skills
- Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
