Position: HR Personnel
Job Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, employment, compensation and benefits, employees’ compensation claims, team member movement, employee relations
according to our corporate guideline
Handle end to end recruitment process for front-line (shops) and office positions from posting job advertisements, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, offer proposals, on / off boarding process
Ensure accurate and timely processing on payroll and other HR administration duties such as attendance and leave managements and tax returns
Manage and maintain accurate staff information and records
Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned
Job Requirements
2 years of relevant experience in HR functions
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other statutory ordinance
Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
Independent, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure in fast pace environment
Proficiency in MS Office
Good command of English, Cantonese and preferably Chinese (Putonghua)
