Job Responsibilities:
- Handle consumer loan application
- Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner
- Handle and follow up customer loan repayment
- Cross-sell loan products to customers
- Perform administrative duties
Job Requirements:
- University graduate
- 1 year working experience is advantage
- Strong customer service orientation
- Energetic, courteous, willing to learn, hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of Cantonese and English
