Job Title: IT Support

• Provide on-site and remote IT support for hardware, software, and network systems.

• Maintain and troubleshoot servers, storage, and network infrastructure.

• Conduct regular backups, system checks, and performance tuning.

• Perform security risk analysis and mitigation measures.

• Update and manage IT documentation and inventory.

• Work with ERP systems, IP phone systems, and AV equipment.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms required.

• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in Chinese (Putonghua) and English, able to work independently.
