Sales Manager - Healthcare

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to identify client needs and provide professional health advice. 
• Drive business development by promoting services to clinics, medical centers, specialist doctors, and healthcare professionals. 
• Develop and implement action plans and strategies to achieve sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. 
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and sales effectiveness. 
• Conduct training and development sessions for team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge. 
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and generate recurring business. 
• Provide exceptional after-sales service support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
    

Requirements:  

• Diploma holder or above, preferably in a science or related discipline. 
• Experience in the medical-related industry is advantageous; experience in imaging is a plus. 
• Proven leadership skills with a track record in team management and development. 
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Mature, self-motivated, and hardworking with a goal-oriented mindset. 
• Willingness to work in a challenging and dynamic environment. 
• Immediate available is preferred but not a must
