Responsibilities：
作爲與客戶第一接觸點 - 網上即時回覆
處理一般銷售查詢
就公司分配之客服賬戶業務管理 (續費,配置變更…)
銷售支援 - 跟進客戶個案
準確地分流客戶查詢至不同部門
維護後台數據完整真確性
一般行政及文書工作
Requirements：
良好客戶溝通技巧
有責任心
能獨立工作
懂一般電腦文書處理
懂中，英文打字
具有基本電腦操作知識
Benefits:

在職培訓 完成培訓後可選擇在家工作
主管編更 5天工作 輪休
平日17:00 - 01:00（次日凌晨） 六日（09:00 - 18:00）
