(Working 5 Days) Administrative / Company Secretary Assistant / Admin (Full Time)

Job Description

Provide general clerical and secretarial support (一般日常行政工作)
Provide support to sales team and customers (為銷售團隊和客戶提供支援)
Coordinate and communicate with both internal and external parties (協助籌劃、聯絡及安排日程，會議，活動，跟進有關行政工作，每日完成自家網站或(Yoho, Lazada, Hktvmall等出貨，處理倉存記錄&整理, 保持環境整潔, 貨量檢查與補貨)
藥品包裝作業: (執貨、核對藥品及數量, 摺疊藥盒並完成包裝, 藥品上貼標籤貼紙)
Product classification data in the POS system. (貨品分類, 入POS)
Calculate salary, MPF, etc. for employees every month. (每月為員計算薪水, MPF, 整理網站/其他平台銷售量, 支付帳單等)
Customers Service. (線上客戶服務, 查詢或報價等)
You need to go out to buy supplies or send mail.(Irregularly) (需要外出購買物資或寄件)
Perform other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned (執行分配的其他臨時項目)

Requirements

Form 6/ DSE or Above with 1 Year Working Experience (中六或以上程度及1年以上工作經驗)
Responsible, Hardworking, Detail-minded, Proactive (有責任感，勤力，細心，主動，轉數快）
Good Command of Chinese and English Writing. Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin Speaking (良好中英文書寫能力及能操流利國粵語)
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing (熟電腦操作及中文輸入法）

Immediate Available Preferred (可即時上班者優先)

University Student is Welcomed (畢業生亦考慮）
