Web and Product Technical Support Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee internet related operations with focus in the following areas:
· Websites / web related media creation and maintenance, including content management.
· Provide customer assistance and support in pre-sales and post sales activities, including technical support.
· Understand customer requirements and provide customized product solutions, guidance, technical support, delivery and installation on time.
· Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade any hardware, software, or related systems internally within the company.
· Maintain an updated knowledge of competitors products as specified.
· Maintain a professional relationship with all customers and internal staff.
· Share your marketing, sales, support, and engineering ideas internally.
Assists with implementation of relevant policies and procedures:
· Lean and fluently operate software applications and programs in all required platforms (Windows, Mac OS, Unix, etc.) as required.
· Maintain and update own knowledge of software applications as well as relevant platforms (Windows, Mac OS, etc)
· Research and maintain an updated knowledge of industry standards, protocol, and common practice in related field our products operate in.
Annual Leave: 10 days
Requirement: Fluent Cantonese, Putonghua, English
