Job Info

職責:

  • 處理有關強積金平台的客戶查詢/投訴 (無需推銷或提供投資建議)
  • 通過多種渠道(電話、電子郵件、實時聊天)提供適時解答,提升客戶的整體滿意度
  • 遵守所有監控和服務規定,確保熱線中心運作順暢

工作時間:

  • 星期一至五 09:00 - 19:00 (每日8-8.5小時一更)
  • 星期六 09:00 - 13:00 (長短週)

職位要求:

  • 香港中學會考或文憑或以上
  • 具良好的中英文書寫和口語(廣東話和普通話)能力
  • 懂中英文打字及熟悉常用電腦軟件應用程序
  • 主動積極協助客戶解決問題
  • 具客戶服務經驗者優先考慮
