職責:
- 處理有關強積金平台的客戶查詢/投訴 (無需推銷或提供投資建議)
- 通過多種渠道(電話、電子郵件、實時聊天)提供適時解答,提升客戶的整體滿意度
- 遵守所有監控和服務規定,確保熱線中心運作順暢
工作時間:
- 星期一至五 09:00 - 19:00 (每日8-8.5小時一更)
- 星期六 09:00 - 13:00 (長短週)
職位要求:
- 中五或以上程度
- 無需相關經驗、歡迎轉職人士、 應屆畢業生申請
- 具備一年或以上處理客戶投訴經驗(零售、餐飲、酒店等行業) 可獲優先考慮
- 良好的粵語、英語和普通話溝通能力
- 懂得中英文輸入法
