Part-time Customer Officer (3-months contract)

Responsibilities:

• Contact existing customers via phone to remind them to update their information and provide relevant details
• Ensure a pleasant customer experience by providing accurate and timely information
• Follow established procedures and workflows to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
• Willingness to work shift duties for 4 - 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
• Working hours within 10:00-20:00 
• Working locations: Tuen Mun or Shatin (near Shek Mun / Cityone Station)

 Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE graduate or above
• Can do attitude, proactive and attention to detail with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Effective communication skills in Cantonese and proficiency in English and/or Mandarin are highly preferable
• Familiar with common PC software applications
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
