Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. This role involves handling basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and communication, while assisting the team with general support duties. The ideal candidate is organised, willing to learn, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties
- Help with basic office work (filing, scanning, data entry)
- Arrange simple schedules and meetings
- Answer phone calls and reply to emails
- Assist with office errands and daily support tasks
- Help organise meetings, events, or travel arrangements
- Support the team and keep the office running smoothly
Requirements
- Secondary school graduate or above
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
- Able to communicate in Chinese and simple English
- Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work as a team
