Content Creator & Social Media Executive

Project-Based • Part Time • Hong Kong or Kuala Lumpur / Hybrid

New Generation is an AI-powered business platform for entrepreneurs and business owners.

We're looking for creative, self-motivated talent to grow our digital presence, produce

compelling & original content, and bring our brand to life across all channels.

What You'll Do

Content Creation

* Produce original, on-brand content — copywriting, graphics, and multimedia assets —

aligned with brand tone and voice

Video Production

* Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, campaigns, and promotional

materials, from scripting through post-production

* Ensure all video output is consistent with brand guidelines and optimised per platform

Social Media Management

* Plan and manage content calendars across Meta, LinkedIn, WeChat, Rednote

(XiaoHongShu), Google, and YouTube

* Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and grow the

online following

* Support campaign and event rollouts across all platforms

Analytics & Lead Generation

* Track and report on key metrics — reach, engagement, and conversions — and

translate insights into content improvements

* Support lead generation through targeted campaigns, working closely with the

business development team

What We're Looking For

* At least 3 years of experience in content creation, video production, or social media

management

* Hands-on experience filming and editing video (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

* Strong writing skills in English and Chinese, with a good eye for visual aesthetics

* Comfortable with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics tools

* Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics

* Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Portfolio or links to past content and video work required; Bahasa Malaysia a bonus

* Salary Range will be RM1,500-RM3,000
