Job Responsibilities

Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with Hong Kong accounting standards.

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting documentation for internal review.

Handle correspondence and queries related to accounts payable and receivable in Cantonese.

Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing activities as required.

Requirements:

Holder of a Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in an accounting or clerical role within a Hong Kong-based organization.

Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese; basic English communication skills preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with common accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).

Hong Kong Permanent Resident with no work visa restrictions; availability for weekday shifts under 4 hours per day.
