職責 Responsibilities:

  • 於前台接待客人, 辦理登記手續, 提供相關資料, 解答客戶查詢, 向客人介紹各種貴賓室服務和設施
  • Greet guests at Reception. Handle check-in services. Provide information and answer guest’s enquiries. Promote various lounges services and facilities to guests. Ensure services & facilities in Lounges are well maintain.

入職要求 Requirements:

  • 中五或以上
  • Form 5 or above
  • 具酒店或餐飲工作經驗
  • Have relevant job experience in hotel & catering industry
  • 良好人際關係及溝通技巧
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • 能夠在壓力下工作和獨立工作
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • 操流利廣東話, 普通話,和英文
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

工作時間 Working Time:

  • 上午5時至零晨1時間輪班工作
  • 每天工作9小時,每月6天休息日,輪班輪休
  • 5am – 1am (Shift Duty);
  • 9 working hours per day; 6 regular day off per month

工作地點 Working Location:

  • 赤鱲角香港國際機場 HK International Airport
