Senior Accountant

Novation Solutions Limited engaged in printing and document processing with production plants in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Dongguan and Shanghai PRC is urgently looking for a high caliber and dynamic candidate to fill the post of Responsibilities  Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and month end closing Assist / responsible for periodic financial and management reports, financial analysis, accounting schedules, budget and forecast. Responsible for cash flow management Responsible for daily banking transactions and reconciliation as well as maintain petty cash Prepare accounts reconciliation and maintain accounting books and records Prepare tax computation and statutory compliance matters Manage bank relationships including banking activities reporting Maintain effective internal controls and safeguard for accounting functions and reporting integrity Liaise with auditors, bankers and other professional parties Perform ad-hoc assignments are requiredRequirements Bachelor degree in Accountancy or related disciplines, preferably with professional accountancy qualification, such as HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent 3 -5 years relevant accounting experiences, preferably in printing/manufacturing industry Self-initiative, detail-oriented and able to work independently Open-minded, flexible to adapt changes in work processes and/or work assignments Willing and capable of doing “hands on” work Proactive team player with good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (includes both Cantonese and Mandarin) Proficient in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Familiar with SUN and FLEX system is a plus Immediate available would be an advantage We offer 5-days work and attractive remuneration package to the right candidates.
